The number of individual users allowed to use the system is limited according to the subscription plan.
- A user is defined as a single, named user where each individual person requires their own account.
- Sharing of user accounts is not permitted and is a violation of the license agreement.
- Each named user can use the system from any computer or location.
The primary account holder, called the “master” account, is associated with the billing profile and subscription plan. The master account is the only user that can administer additional users. All other users added by the master account are called “subaccounts”.
Both the master account and subaccounts can use all features of the system and minutes are totaled together across all users for tallying against the subscription plan’s usage.
