After logging into the CrossBrowserTesting application, you may cancel your service by accessing your account page. See below for step-by-step instructions.
Step 1 – Access Your Account Page
- Login to crossbrowsertesting.com.
- Click your email address in the top-right corner of the app.
- Click “Manage Account” in the drop-down menu that appears.
Step 2 – Cancel Trial/Cancel Plan
- Under “Subscription Management”, click the “Cancel Plan” button.
When you initially cancel, you can continue to run tests up until the end of your billing period. After your last billing period ends, you can no longer run any new tests but you retain access to all of your old results. When you are ready to start testing again, simply log back in to that account and resubscribe and you are ready to start testing again under that same account.
